Walking Fit with Ivy Rehab
Description
Being a part of a walking group is an easy, free, and rewarding way to connect with others and improve your health! Join us outdoors as we walk our way to wellness! We begin with a guided warm-up and end with cool-down stretches. The walk consists of 4-5 laps for an average of 2 miles, options for longer/shorts distance + self-paced. Let's get walking!
