Join us at West Michigan Elite Pom & Dance every Thursday for Slow Burn! This low intensity, high impact class is a combination of yoga and Pilates. Slow Burn uses provided tools such as a mat, weights, bands, and more! Join us weekly for training from certified, experienced instructors. Walk into 2025 with a new joy for movement and your body!
