Beginning Yoga
The perfect class for “easing” into the yoga experience!
This class will introduce you to basic postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness with an emphasis on building body awareness. In spite of its gentle nature, you will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and having a greater sense of health and well-being. If you have never done yoga before, give this class a try! (Level 1)
